Beer Description
Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat beer, brewed with all German malts, hops, and yeast. Pours a cloudy golden with a rich white head. Aromas of clove, banana, and wheat predominate, reminiscent of fresh-baked, spiced banana bread. Mouthfeel is very creamy, with a smooth, lingering finish. Flavors of baking spices, banana bread, and light citrus make for a satisfying quaff; rich, but not heavy.
