Beer Description
West Coast IPA, brewed with hops from the Pacific NW. Nose is of orange, grapefruit, and pine, with little to no malt character. The flavor is of citrus and “dank”, light malt sweetness with a bracing, bitter finish. Very light in body with a crisp finish. This is a classic IPA, featuring a whole array of “C” hops. Great on its own, this beer really shines when complimenting spicy fare.
