Beer Description
βThe Waldstadt Lager is our crisp answer to the thirst for beer on hot days (and on all other days, of course). Brewed in the style of a bottom-fermented full beer, our Lager is characterised by a full-bodied aroma and a mild sweetness – dressed in a strawy yellow gold with slight turbidity. β
β In the glass, our lager exudes a malty, tart spice, sweet honey scent and a fine, tart caramel β
β note. The first sip also brings sunny aromas of malt, grain and golden straw to the receptors. The gently emerging sweetness is reminiscent of forest honey, caramel and almond β floral fresh citrus notes also represent a balanced counterpart. On the palate remains a harmonious, tasty interplay of citrus freshness and semi-dry, slightly earthy cellar notes of the unfiltered brew.β
