Beer Description
We’re calling it an “Old-style Copper Beer,” which doesn’t really mean much because Copper Beer was never really a style. It takes inspiration from some old German brewing traditions but is also true to our “conservatively progressive” approach to brewing. It has a tasty malt-derived honey-breadcrust thing going on, balanced out by a smooth pithy grapefruit thing. Super drinkable 4.9% abv. 100% California Malted Barley and Wheat (admiralmaltings), German Tettnanger hops (selected by @hopheadfarms), and US Tettnanger (*ahem* Fuggles) hops (indiehops)
