Kānaka Maoli Punch is a Sweet Tart Ale brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and acidified in the kettle with a blend of lactobacillus before being boiled, cooled, and fermented with a fruit-forward, ale yeast strain.

This brew is our take on a tropical, Hawaiian-style, fruit punch flavor profile. It was conditioned on red cherry, apricot, papaya, pineapple, blood orange, strawberry, and a touch of Madagascar vanilla bean ?.
