Beer Description
This unfiltered West Coast-style IPA is aggressively hopped in the kettle and dry hopped in two stages with Cascade, Citra Columbus, Comet and Simcoe hops. It is crisp, semi-dry, appropriately bitter and saturated in ripe citrus fruit.
OPES is an homage to the imitable West Coast IPA, brewed in collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing.
