Beer Description
Saison de Beaver is a complex mélange of a rustic, farmhouse saison with the wine barrel-aged characteristics of a balanced chardonnay. The saison aspect has notes of hay and fruit, which meshes amazingly with the pineapple, peach, and wood notes of the chardonnay barrels. The end result is a wonderful, complex beer that we think you’ll enjoy immensely.
