Beer Description
This is a classic English Bitter style using just UK pale malt with a touch of crystal. For the hops, we used Golding for bittering and a little flavor, but also added a touch of New Zealand Motueka hops for flavor and aroma. The real character is in the water; for which we closely matched the profile of North Yorkshire area of England. Out of all the areas on the UK, this was Brewmaster bob’s favorite water.
