Half-Day! Try saying that without smiling. I’ll betcha can’t. Saisons were invented around labor but we’ve created a saison to celebrate laboring a little less. Half-Day is a tart saison brewed to salute knocking off a little early and enjoying yourself! French saison yeast and pilsner malt dance with lime and lemon peels in a refreshingly spritzy saison made for summer. You’ve done enough for today, now get out there and have fun!
