Beer Description
This beer was inspired by a homebrew brewed by our good friends Jimmy Quenelle and Michael Loperena. After a long day at the brewery this past winter, I stopped by a bonfire at Jimmy’s place on the way home and tried one of their new brews that was a WC IPA using a mix of Mosaic, Sabro, and Vic Secret. It was freaking delicious and I knew I wanted to use that combination at the brewery. I asked them if they’d be up to brew something similar with us and they were all in.
