We’ve slammed a triple into the Power Alley with this colossal 10% Triple IPA that marks three firsts for us; our first Triple IPA, the first time we’ve used Citra Incognito hops, and the elusive Phantasm powder! This experimental ingredient from New Zealand is a powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that’s packed with thiols – a juicy & tropical compound in hops – that works together with Citra Incognito hops to create massive pineapple and passionfruit flavour in the juiciest IPA possible without hop bitterness.
