Pop of Paradise is a 7.8% Double IPA, featuring the Cryo Popâ„¢ blend as well as a touch of Citra. What is the Cryo Popâ„¢ blend? Glad you asked… Our friends at Yakima Chief Hops in Washington created a blend of hops that are highly concentrated in hop compounds that offer huge aromatics. These compounds offer a “pop” of aromatics that we thought would work well with some tried and true Citra hops. Together big aromatics of citrus, tropical fruit, coconut and a bit of spearmint shine.
