Our latest signature, juicy, Imperial NEIPA is a showcase for the exciting New Zealand hop varietal known as Motueka. Fresh citrus notes dominate the aroma on this one — think bright “Mojito” lime, juicy pink grapefruit, and lemon zest — with background hints of grassy herbs and tropical fruit sweetness. The mouthfeel is super mellow and soft and the bitterness is restrained to accentuate the fruity hop flavors.
