Beer Description
Good Ribes is a Sweet Tart Ale conditioned on heaps of black currants, red currants, and a touch of Madagascar vanilla bean.
It was brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and soured in the kettle with a blend of lactobacillus before being boiled, cooled, and fermented with a fruit-forward yeast strain.
Good Ribes pours a deep purple hue into a glass and bursts with sweet berry aromas and flavors which are met and balanced by bright and zingy lactic acidity, resulting in a refreshingly tart, fruity finish that will have you feeling the good vibes.
We get notes of Concord grape juice, lingonberry jam, mixed berry toaster pastries, Beaujolais, tart passion fruit, roses, and summertime in the Sonoma Valley.
