Beer Description
El Jefe is a traditional German Hefeweizen that pushes the wheat beer category to a whole new level – beyond bland. The flavor profile is complex with fruity and spicy influences from bitter orange peel and fresh ground coriander. We then added in a pinch of a secret ingredient to add a little balance and traditional Bavarian hefeweizen yeast for complexity. It’s “The Boss”.
