Green Skies is a Modern West Coast IPA drawing inspiration, malts and clarity from West Coast IPAs, while updating hop varieties and aroma, and lowering bitterness. Chinook and Cascade hops lend a classic piney profile while Citra and Mosaic blanket this IPA in bright citrus fruit.
