Tiki Smoothie Sour Collaboration w/ Armistice
Our pals at Armistice helped us do a full send, Smoothie Sour Ale with a ton (literally) of fruit. Inspired by the Daphne Henderson classic Tiki cocktail – the Pain Killer – this smoothie sour blends together pineapple, toasted coconut, lactose, vanilla, and nutmeg. The over the top tropical fruitiness is bolstered by the sweet, creamy mouthfeel, and balanced with a rummy vanilla, and a hint of savoriness from the nutmeg.
