Beer Description
An American IPA brewed with 90% mosaic hops, dry hopped with even more mosaic, then given a guided tour of a factory that makes unusually decorative countertops. Its hints of apricot, peach, passion fruit, and citrus all come together for a complex, yet singular flavor profile. Like an ornately crafted church ceiling made of liquid. *Tile Factory was named a top 20 finalist in the Alpha King awards in 2020. A fan favorite in our Minneapolis taproom, we are happy critics on a national level think its great too.
