Beer Description
Our friends from New Jersey and soon to be Pennsylvania compatriots, Source Brewing, paid us a visit a couple weeks ago to brew this double haze. We used Cryo Pop, a relatively new blend of hops from Yakima Chief, selected to bring out the most stable hop properties throughout fermentation. We added – by far – our largest first dry hop, then finished it with a strong 2nd dry hop. 8.2% ABV.
