Beer Description
Sake-inspired dry hopped ale. Light bodied, very effervescent, and high aromatic. The use of Saison yeast gives the beer citrus esters with notes of pepper and spice. The beer is named after Jo Sakai, the founder of the Yamato Colony. The Yamato Colony was a Japanese farming community in the early 1900s in what is now Boca Raton/Delray Beach.
