With a slight deviation in recipe formulation, and brew timing comes the opportunity for a new beer name. Crystal malted Rye, Northern Brewer Hops, and traditional brewing techniques allow this beer to become it’s own under a shelter of observation, and experimentation. The Evening Bite displays the Complete Joy of Brewing from grain to glass.
