Beer Description
This style of beer is known for its hazy, juicy look, its smooth character, and citrus aroma. A true, big IPA at heart we cautiously timed our hop additions to promote the floral base of the Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops while at the same time brew away the bite of the bittering hops. The base is formed from American and English base malts with a generous amount of honey malt and flaked oats. Be careful with this guy as the ABV can sneak up on you quickly.
