Farm to Can, beer to mouth. A collaborative effort including Yakima Chief Hops, Pink Boots Society, and Queen of Beer. This all-female brewed Pale Ale highlights the terroir of one of the best and largest hop-growing regions: the Yakima Valley in the Columbia Basin. The history and development of hops in this region of the world runs parallel with the flavors they produce and involves members from all up and down the west coast. Chinook, Ekuanot, Crystal, and experimental hop HBC585 have been cryogenically treated directly after being plucked at sub-zero temperatures, preserving peak flavor and providing us with a taste of the Yakima Valley! Citrus, fresh-cut cedar, and blackberry balance with the light and crisp malt bringing in comforting flavors of freshly baked bread.
