Fractal Galaxy/Amarillo Investigates the interplay between our hand selected Victorian Galaxy and Amarillo, our evolving hopping processes, and simple pale malt base. Fractal Galaxy/Amarillo pours a beautifully milky yellow and gives off notes and flavors of passionfruit, navel oranges, sweet stone fruit, peach rings, candies lime, and berries with a full creamy mouthfeel and a balanced bitterness on finish.
