Beer Description
We fermented this beer at a cooler temp than we would normally do for an IPA with the intent of minimizing yeast derived esters in order to let the hops take the main stage and make it all about the killer aromas and flavors from the combination of Citra and Strata. It bursts out of the glass with aromas of citrus zest, dank, and tropical fruit. The flavors are redolent of mango, kumquat, pineapple, and grapefruit, with a dank stickiness.
