Beer Description
Not Vegan. The hops play beautifully w/ the local wildflower & citrus blossom honey. The lime zest notes from the Motueka bring out even more citrus from the honey while the tropical Citra pops all the way through.
We’re super stoked on this beer and can’t wait to share it with you.
The hops play beautifully with the local wildflower and citrus blossom honey. The lime zest notes from the Motueka bring out even more citrus from the honey while the tropical Citra pops all the way through.
We used 1/3 of the honey in the boil kettle to help layer in the bright aromatics and the other 2/3s in the fermenter to trap most of the volatile flavors.
