Three way West Coast IPA collaboration with Trillium and Yakima Chief Hops, highlighting the versatility and range of flavor that experimental hop HBC 586 can deliver. With a neutral ale strain, we’re seeing familiar tropical notes of mango and passionfruit, along with sweet candied citrus; grapefruit and lemon oil. This hop packs a punch! Clean bitterness, finishes dry in true, West Coast fashion.
