Beer Description
This classic gose creates its acidity through a lactic acid producing yeast. A simple clean grist bill keeps it light and bready before getting sea salt and coriander in the boil. That salty and citrusy base gets loads of papaya and curuba purees to create a super tropical quick sour ale.
