Beer Description
The saying goes “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” but here at Holyoke Craft Beer we are always striving for progress in process and product. Working Theory is a new iteration of a crowd favorite, Theory, but instead of Citra in the final dry hop we dosed the beer with a copious amount of Mosaic Lupulin Powder. The result is tropical juice with aromas of pineapple, citrus, and flavors of perfectly ripe fruit. This beer shows off what targeted creativity can do. Enjoy!
