Cream Ale • 5.0% // Collab w/ Spuyten Duyvil // Pilsner malt and flaked corn for the base, with German-grown Mandarina Bavaria hops added in the kettle. Fermented at ale-temperatures and then cold conditioned for lager-like smoothness. Light citrus, a hint of sweetness, and a crisp finish.
