Beer Description
West Coast Amber ale hopped with Ekuanot and Idaho 7 hops. This beer is the drier, hoppier brother to our other Amber Ale, Flood Waters. Unlike the caramel notes often seen in this style, Surge Waters’ malt profile is all toasted bread crust, laying a foundation for the citrus and stone fruit from the hops. Behind that fruit lies a hint of piney hop resin that blends perfectly with the toasty malt body.
