Beer Description
Back in January of 2020 we lucked across some apple brandy barrels. Our vendor couldn’t (well, wouldn’t) tell us the distillery that they had originated from, but when we popped out the bungs we were greeted by aromas of bright green apple and deep, rich oak. We filled the barrels in February of 2020 and laid them down in our Chandler street barrel room until September of 2021. Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Awesome Jenkins greets you with caramel covered apple and honey before giving way to milk chocolate & roast. Decidedly smooth for 14.2%, Apple Brandy Jenkins is ready to drink immediately or should mature for years to come.
