Beer Description
The first thing you’ll notice is the strong aromas of spices – especially cloves and coriander, as well as spicy hops – and a touch of citrus from the hops and yeast. All that spiciness balances against flavors of citrus, caramel, and roasted grain. There is a firm hop bitterness to support all those flavors and aromas, but it’s still easy to drink, and strong enough that you don’t have to drink too many in this cold weather.
