This Hazy IPA was brewed with an experimental yeast strain from Berkeley Yeast, which was engineered to process hop Thiols – extremely aroma-active compounds recently discovered in hoppy beers. The thiols lend bold tropical fruit character to the beer. Even more tropical fruit in a hazy IPA? We’re ’Bout it!
