The Luxury of Restraint is a collaboration with Side Project Brewing (St. Louis, MO), hopped liberally with hand-selected Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin. Assertive but polite bitterness, crispy malt character, and notes of stonefruit, gooseberries, nebulous tropicalia, and a waft of dankness.
