Beer Description
Maine Mountain Haze is a New England style IPA brewed with all Maine-grown grains. We used Maine Malthouse pilsner malt, Blue Ox oat malt & Maine Grains flaked oats for a light & fluffy base, then added 15 gallons of oat milk made from the same Maine Grains oats to the boil! 4# of Mosaic hops went into the whirlpool, & we dry-hopped with around 3# per barrel of Vic Secret & Hallertau Blanc. With super dank notes of pineapple & tropical fruit, this haze bomb is light, bright, & zippy with a dry, uber-hoppy finish. Cheers!
