Beer Description
We went fulllll send with this California-Style IPA. We kept the color and body light, but the hops big and punchy. Pilsner malt, golden promise, and a touch of wheat lay the base for massive cold-side additions of Citra, Simcoe, mosaic, and Idaho-7 hops. Danky notes of pineapple, pink grapefruit, and papaya jump out of the glass, while the restrained bitterness and dry finish.
