Beer Description
We’ve been wanting to do a coffee IPA for some time now and thought this year’s Habitat beer would be the perfect showcase. We started with our hazy grain bill with a smidge extra wheat, and for coffee, Harry and Beans sourced some super sought after Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (whole beans of course), hand picked and lightly roasted for a nice fruity/earthy, all coffee flavor. Then we hopped it up with Mosaic, Vic Secret, Centennial, and Citra to balance out the earthiness of the beans
