Beer Description
A modern West Coast Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our former Cellarman, Wyatt, who is now a super big shot with the great folks at Moonraker!! Based on mutual enthusiasm for “knock-out” hop additions, and a strong respect for a dry, hop-saturated and bitter profile balanced with MALT — we collectively give you, Wyatt Burp. Simcoe-heavy in the boil, followed by Mosaic lupulin cryo, Nelson Sauvin & Idaho 7 in a dual-stage hopping schedule, fortified by lots of biotransformation for that big kick of dank & citrusy hop oil.
