Beer Description
From the brewmaster: “Since WT3F?! is the only beer in the Mysterium Verum series that did not have a barrel component, I wanted to honor the rest of the beers in the series by reserving some for barrel aging. Codex Triplex is the result. It is essentially Brett fermented tripel, like WT3F?!, but barrel aged for two years. In addition, one third of the barrels were inoculated with lactobacillus. The barrels were then blended together to yield the final result.”
