Shimmering bight gold and slightly hazy with heavy malty sweetness, every sip is elevated by notes of apple and tangerine, and warmly enveloped in an aroma of wood bourbon and vanilla. To bestow this brew and bravely hit a staggering 20% ABV, we took the road less traveled, using fermentation alone, along with grains plucked in perfect harmony with three yeast strains.
