Beer Description
A dry, sparkling rhubarb wine from Denmark made using traditional Champagne methods. Produced from organic "Svendborg Winerhubarb, the stalks are crushed and mass-fermented with organic cane sugar. Notes of crispy raspberries and a nice combo of tart acidity.
