Beer Date 2021, we have set out to brew a beer with celestial ingredients to please the thirsty masses of the Planet Earth. We have combined Galaxy, Comet, and Eclipse Hops with Cosmic Punch Yeast to overload the flavor matrix and send it into a new dimension. This cosmic brew then undergoes a nebular infusion of orange puree and the epicuriously obscure lulo fruit (lulo or naranjilla is a native fruit to Central and South America heavy in lemon lime flavor) This cosmic combination creates a big bang of flavors that boldly goes where no beer has gone before. Crisp hop aroma accented with lemon and lime blasts into juicy topical flavors dominated by the citrus family and complimented by a galactic punch of hop bitterness.
