Beer Description
Our Bière de Garde aged in red wine barrels for 9 months with our mixed culture. Pours a gorgeous copper color with aroma & flavor of caramel apple, candied orange slices, Cabernet Sauvignon, alcohol warmth, brown sugar and earthy hops. Medium body with low acidity & funk, some tannins and an off-dry, carmelly finish.
*Bottle conditioned, suitable for cellaring up to 3 years or enjoying now.
