Beer Description
Brewed with our friends at Schilling. We’ve been loving the Schilling lagers for a while so asked them to brew an 8th Anniversary Pils us. We used traditional German ingredients like Hersbrucker, Hallertau Mittlefruh, and Bohemian Pilsner malt and did a single decoction to increase the complexity.
