This portion of the batch was matured in white wine barrels on fresh peaches from Maywood Gardens and re-fermented in the bottle with local honey to display a soft peach sweetness, delicate acidity and subtle hints of vanilla with a balanced dryness. This beer truly comes from our community and is meant to be shared in yours.
