Beer Description
New to the Dadz Dream Ridez series is this tribute to 1985βs inaugural IROC-Z version of the third generation Chevy Camaro. Featuring a tuned injection of Talus and Sabro cryo, along with high output Galaxy, Centennial and Simcoe hops. Blending a few classic hop varieties along with more modern ones has resulted in a very unique expression of lifesaver candies, ripe stone fruit, and fresh mountain pine. Itβs intense and sharply aromatic with sustained bitterness throughout to balance the malt and weighted body.
