Beer Description
Lift Tickets is an evolution on our winter seasonal Porter. Where 2020 version leaned more coconut-forward, this year’s is more cacao-dominant.
English malts build the foundation alongside Special B to give a nutty and toasted bread base, with some Chocolate and Roasted Barley layered on for a well-rounded Porter experience.
Cacao nibs were then toasted and combined with a dose of flaked coconut to condition in the tank with the beer for nearly a month.
The result is a chocolate-forward easy-drinking winter seasonal porter.
