Beer Description
Handpicked grapes from 90-year-old wines. Grapes were gently de-stemmed. Fermentation lasted for 7 days at temperature of 25-28ยบC. Wine was fermented in stainless steel. It underwent malolactic fermentation to increase creaminess. Ripe fruit flavors of blackberry, plums and black cherry with hints of licorice, smoke and black pepper.
