Beer Description
Hopped in the kettle and double-dry hopped with Citra alongside two of our favorite Southern-Hemisphere varietals, Galaxy and Wai-iti, giving huge notes of dank citrus, peach, and soft tropical fruit.
We brewed this with a hefty portion of oats and wheat on top of a base of our favorite English winter barley, creating a beautifully smooth and fluffy mouthfeel and a touch of sweetness. Hopped in the kettle and double-dry hopped with Citra alongside two of our favorite Southern-Hemisphere varietals, Galaxy and Wai-iti, giving huge notes of dank citrus, peach, and soft tropical fruit.
